How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@libbyevans.shop with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost with a carrier of your choice.

Return Timeline

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested or shipped after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Products must be sent back in their original packaging, including any accessories or complimentary items received with the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please mention the preferred size or style when emailing us your return request. We will dispatch the replacement item once your returned item has been received and approved.

Important Notes
  • Returns shipped after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items sent to an incorrect address will not be processed.
  • Any product that does not meet our return conditions will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty.
I received my package damaged, what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the box and all items in their original condition and take clear photos of the damage. Contact our customer support team at support@libbyevans.shop with the photos and your order number, and we will assist you right away.

Can I return my order to a physical store?

No, all purchases made through the Libby Evans Online Store must be returned by mail. We do not accept returns or exchanges at physical locations.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. You may use the carrier of your choice to send the package back to us.
